PR Harbin, MSPM, PgMP, PMP, is a Vice President at COPE Health Solutions with more than 25 years of experience in project, program, and operations leadership across multiple industries including healthcare, consulting, finance, and education. He has extensive experience in building project management offices, developing and delivering organizational strategy, improving operational processes, and developing and leading high-performing teams. Mr. Harbin has led major healthcare shared services implementations and strategic programs including major radiology and records management initiatives.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Harbin was the Executive Director of Strategic Projects for Tivity Health, Inc., a leading wellness company offering health and fitness services including SilverSneakers, Prime Fitness, and WiselyWell Nutrition, where he led the development and implementation of the company’s 3-year growth and transformation strategy. Before Tivity Health, Mr. Harbin led the global information security portfolio for Deloitte, overseeing all information security initiatives and deployments from Deloitte’s Global office.

Mr. Harbin has also held leadership roles with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), LifePoint Health, and Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), where he led Project Management Office development and strategic programs. He has led application delivery transformations, implementing agile deployment approaches for several organizations, and has experience with major infrastructure and critical system implementations. Mr. Harbin also has experience with system development and support, help desk administration, business development, and client relationship management.

Mr. Harbin holds the Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from the Project Management Institute. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and English from Austin Peay State University and his master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration through Grand Canyon University in Strategy and Management, with anticipated completion in 2022.
