Kristina Purificacion joined COPE Health Solutions in May 2021 as a Program Coordinator at Adventist Health Glendale/White Memorial. In this role, Ms. Purificacion is responsible for the development of upcoming role-specific programs, which includes supporting research and administrative tasks, maintaining work plans and implementation timeline for assigned projects, and overseeing the students’ didactic and practical training.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions full-time, Ms. Purificacion was a Director of Departmental Operations under the Health Scholars program at Kaiser Permanente, Irvine. She developed operational strategies for the site program, trained Departments branches in other sites (i.e. Kaiser Permanente, Anaheim/Riverside), supervised operations in the following branches: Perioperative, Family Centered Care, Definitive Observation Unit, Med Surge/Telemetry, Materials Management, and assigned program participants to eligible departments to complete clinical hours.

Ms. Purificacion graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. During her time at UCI, Ms. Purificacion participated in involvements focusing on disadvantaged niches by helping low socioeconomic students in the Antleader Mentorship Program, non-profit social justice organizations in Anteaters in Action, and homeless missions and shelters on Skid Row in the Alternative Break Program.

Ms. Purificacion aims to connect her passion of helping others and strength of administration through health care management.
