Sarah Beglarian

Sarah Beglarian joined COPE Health Solutions in late August 2018. In her current role as Coordinator for Human Resources and Recruitment, Ms. Beglarian is responsible for assisting in all phases of the recruitment process – including coordinating and scheduling interviews, facilitating onsite interviews and suggesting and implementing improvements to ensure the overall efficiency of the recruiting function. She also provides support and assistance for all general human resources activities.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Beglarian gained experience through several administrative roles in a variety of companies and industries, such as her Office Assistant role at CSUN’s Chemistry and Biochemistry Department and her role as an Administrative Assistant with Wiss, Janey, and Elstner Associates, Inc., an engineering firm in Pasadena, California. She was introduced to Human Resources related work during her internship with the human resources department at PCL Construction Services, Inc.

Ms. Beglarian graduated cum laude from California State University, Northridge, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature. After completing her undergraduate degree, she received a certificate from Loyola Marymount University for Human Resources Management.
