Di Anne Padavano

Di Anne Padovano joined COPE Health Solutions as Program Manager of Kaiser Permanente Anaheim in August 2019. In this role, Ms. Padovano will be implementing the COPE Heath Scholars program and facilitating the development of future health care professionals by overseeing onsite operations, program development and the execution of contractual commitments.

Prior to this role, Ms. Padovano worked as Marketing Manager and Vice President of Community Operations for STAGE Marketing, where she spearheaded campaign development, managed internal events and oversaw the firm’s alignment with its annual social responsibility goals. Ms. Padovano also provided leadership in contract compliance at Sysco, where she managed the firm’s major health care contracts and B2B relationships. In addition, Ms. Padovano managed the Center for Research on Adventist Education (CRAE) where she directed research operations, analysis, and dissemination.
Ms. Padovano holds a dual master of business administration degree in both marketing and health care management from La Sierra University. Prior to her graduate studies, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and minors in Psychology and Gender Studies from La Sierra University.

Ms. Padovano is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and has actively worked to empower and uplift her local community in various capacities. She has volunteered for both local and international community development organizations including: ADRA, Loma Linda Hospital, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, Operation SafeHouse, LA Kitchen, Project Propel and the Cradle of Love orphanage.
