Chasen Fukuda

Chasen Fukuda joined COPE Health Solutions in December 2020 as the Program Manager for the Health Scholar’s program at Adventist Health Castle Hospital in Kailua, Oahu. His focus is to mentor and harness the talents that Hawaii scholars have to offer and assist in potential local health care employment opportunities.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Fukuda served as the Community Liaison for Ohana Pacific Management Company. In this role, he worked as a Skilled Nursing consultant for hospital personnel and oversaw the admission process during transfer from acute to post-acute facilities. During his employment at Ohana Pacific Management Company, he also assumed the roles of Admissions Liaison and Activities Manager for The Villas.

Mr. Fukuda is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at West Oahu where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Care Administration. Mr. Fukuda aspires to create a positive impact in Oahu population health and inspire Health Scholars to uplift their communities by becoming the next wave of health care leaders.
