Aleah George

Aleah George joined COPE Health Solutions in 2019 as a Senior Consultant, supporting the Data Insights and Analytics Services (DIAS) team. She is currently focused on developing analytic tools and financial models to help clients understand, execute and assess strategic initiatives as part of their value-based contracting needs.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. George was a Senior Data Analyst for Coastal Medical, a leading physician group in Rhode Island. She focused on providing operational insights to leadership teams aimed to maximize financial performance across payer contracts. Ms. George led the organization’s reporting efforts required by the Medicare Shared Savings Program, helping the group achieve a top-ranking quality score and shared savings for three years. Ms. George also leveraged data insights to aide clinical redesign and care management efforts through risk modeling tools.

Ms. George graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management and a certificate in Public Administration.
