Armand Rabii joined COPE Health Solutions April 2019 as an Intern and has grown into his role as a Consultant. He supports several key engagements helping clients nationally with strategies for value-based arrangements, population health data analytics, FQHC Look-Alike transitions, hospital strategic planning and network development. Mr. Rabii supports both project and account management for consulting accounts and supports the firm’s efforts with business development opportunities.

Prior to COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Rabii worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in the OR/Anaesthesia Department serving on the administration team. Previously, he held multiple internships at Providence Health and Services, leading a project in the Emergency Management Department to gather data for the implementation of a new Everbridge critical communication and safety solution software for the hospital.

Mr. Rabii is a graduate of the University of Southern California, receiving a Master of Health Administration in May 2020. He attained his undergraduate degree from the University of Portland with a major in Biology and minors in Business Administration and Spanish. He is actively engaged in healthcare societies including the American College of Healthcare Executives, and strives to use his healthcare network and strategies to help populations in need.
