Bhavika Anand

Bhavika Anand joined COPE Health Solutions in August 2020 as a Program Manager. In her role, Ms. Anand managed the operations and strategic workforce development solutions at Adventist Health White Memorial in East Los Angeles. Ms. Anand was quick to transition over to the consulting vertical where she also supports project & account management for accounts around FQHC strategy, strategic planning & remote patient monitoring projects for clients across the country.

Ms. Anand practiced as a licensed dentist in India before she moved to Los Angeles. Ms. Anand served over 500 patients by providing a full spectrum of care from dental diagnosis, scaling & polishing, extractions, complete/partial mouth rehabilitation to educating patients to develop a better oral hygiene regimen.  While practicing as a clinician, Ms. Anand realized the gaps in the healthcare systems across the world that adversely impact the quality of care that patients receive.

To further her understanding on these voids, Ms. Anand decided to pursue her Master’s in health administration to lead nation’s health-related organizations in a way that serves individual patients by helping to improve the health care system. She graduated in May from the University of Southern California (USC) with the honor of receiving the ‘MHA Outstanding Student Award’.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Anand completed her administrative residency at HealthCare Partners (HCP, now Optum) in the department of Patient Experience & Retention. Her role involved driving patient-centric projects across HCP’s 67 clinical sites to improve their Press Ganey Scores.

Ms. Anand is a strong advocate for mentorship and professional development. Through her involvement with educational start-ups and several leadership positions at USC Price, Ms. Anand assisted over 75 students applying to healthcare specific programs with their application process & resumes.
