Rebecca Tillem

Rebecca Tillem joined COPE Health Solutions in September 2016. In her current role as a Recruiter, Ms. Tillem is responsible for all campus and corporate recruitment, as well as helping the team with various human resources initiatives, including policy implementation, benefits, training and employee relations.

Ms. Tillem graduated magna cum laude from Elon University, where she earned her BSBA in Management, with a concentration in Human Resources. She holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification issued by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Outside of work, Ms. Tillem enjoys yoga, travelling and spending time in nature. She is also passionate about environmental sustainability.
