Booking by phone:
Call reservations at 1-800-241-3333 and reference the “COPE Health Solutions” room block to obtain the discount rate. When you make the reservation, be sure to indicate when you will be arriving and when you will be departing.

 

Booking online:
Visit the Ritz Carlton website and enter the code “CHSCHSA“. The discounted rate will be indicated automatically as soon as you indicate the dates you will be arriving and departing once you click “Check availability”.

 

Transportation to the Tamarack Country Club

The Tamarack Country Club is located in Greenwich, CT and is the location of the Northeast Population Health 360 Conference.

The club is approximately 8 miles away from the hotel, with driving time about 10-15 minutes away.

On the day of the conference, shuttles will be available in the morning at the front of the hotel. Shuttles will also be available following the conclusion of the conference to transport individuals back to the hotel from the club.
